About Myself
Born in Augusta, Georgia (Home of the Masters Tournament), I came to El Paso in 1968. My first thought when I enter the Sun City was,"Where are all of the trees?". I graduated from Austin High School in 1979 and the University of Texas El Paso in 1984 with a B.S.ED. I began my teaching career at Bowie High School where I taught Mathematics for 15 years. During this time, I earned a Masters Degree in Education Administration from Sul Ross State University.
